Where the instruments stand
An instrument appears on this board once its text has been read in the Official Journal. One that nobody has read yet is absent rather than listed with a guess.
Each row names the instrument in full, because a short title cannot be checked against the Official Journal and a full title can. The state is written out beside the colour, so the colour never carries the meaning on its own.
